With over 35 years of selling homes and managing brokerage offices in San Francisco, I bring a unique perspective and a wealth of experience and knowledge to my clients. Having sold over 800 homes and managing transactions of thousands more, assisting agents, I have come across almost every transaction hurdle one can imagine. My experience has allowed me to thrive in problem-solving, gaining excellent results for my clients.
Most recently, I have returned to working with Buyers and Sellers by referral in San Francisco and Marin. I receive immense pleasure from assisting Buyers and Sellers in reaching and exceeding their home ownership goals. I have a constant pulse on the local market, touring 10-15 new properties every week. Positioning a property for sale includes a deep understanding of competitive pricing as well as staging and great photography from the excellent team I employ.
